The Reverend Mark L. Arbisi: Pastor/Teacher, Union-Congregational Church, Waupun, Installed into the NEA of the WI Conference in January of 2009, and presently serves on the Periodic Support and Consolation Committee of the NEA. Mark has served churches in the Minnesota and Maine Conferences and has many years experience with Hospice. Among his wider-Church involvements Mark has served on the Board of Director's and Personal Committee of the MN Conference, the Church and Ministry Committee of the York Association, ME Conference, and the Annual Meeting Committee, ME Conference. Mark is a graduate of Bangor Theological Seminary, Master of Divinity, 1997, and the University of MN, Bachelors of Fine Arts, 1977. Mark is married to Renee and has an adult daughter, Jessica.

Heather Vanderkin, Christian Education Coordinator, graduated from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May of 1994 with a degree in Marketing.  She worked several years as a Sales Coordinator for a regulatory company, and as Executive Director for the Waupun Area Chamber of Commerce.  After her son David was born in March of 2000, with her husband's blessing, she chose a new career path as full-time mother.  They were blessed with Adam 18 months after that.  In 2004 she started teaching Sunday School on a regular basis and still enjoys teaching today.  She also served on the Board of Christian Education for over 4 years.  She worked in the Waupun Area School District as a substitute teacher for over 2 1/2 years and continues to work part-time as a private marketing consultant.  In July of 2009 she eagerly embraced the opportunity to serve as CE Coordinator for the Union-Congregational Church.

Leann DeVries, Office Administrator, graduated from the Waupun High School with honors in 1996.  She has worked as a Computer Programmer at Electronic Components and Services Inc. for a number of years and then switched fields to Office Manager at Affiliated Counseling Center in Beaver Dam, WI.  Leann and her husband Dan live here in Waupun with their baby boy Dominic Charles DeVries born May 14, 2009.
