Food Sales
The U-CC Mission Board sponsors sales of items needed at the Waupun Area Food Pantry, generally on the third Sunday of the month, in the Fellowship Hall, following both worship services. A variety of food or personal care items are made available for purchase, usually in the price range of $ .50 - $2.00. U-CC members are encouraged to bring a little extra cash to church on these Sundays to “purchase” items and support the efforts of our local Food Pantry. All items that are “sold” are promptly delivered by Mission Board members to the Food Pantry for distribution to families in our community.
Individual Donations
All U-CC members are encouraged to make individual donations throughout the year to support our local food pantry. Monetary donations can be placed in the weekly offertory, designated for the Food Pantry, and non-perishable items can be placed in the grocery cart located in the Fellowship Hall. Donated items are delivered to the Food Pantry weekly. Take-home shopping lists for items most needed by the Food Pantry are available on the front of the grocery cart.
